IT governance for your company
Policies, owners, risk and compliance organized in one system, with indicators management understands. Run by our CISO as a service.
Technology that answers to the business
Governing IT means deciding who answers for what, under which rules and how it is measured. Without governance, security depends on someone's goodwill in IT and management learns about risks when they are already incidents. T.I. RESCUE implements IT and information security governance with the structure of the ISO standards it is certified in (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO 22301) and keeps it running with a CISO as a service.
IT governance frequently asked questions
What is IT governance?
The set of policies, roles, processes and indicators with which a company's management decides, controls and measures the use of technology and information security, aligned with the business and legal obligations.
How is it different from IT management?
Management runs the day to day (support, servers, changes); governance sets the rules, priorities and who is accountable. Management without governance works until the first serious incident.
Do I need a CISO to have governance?
You need someone to lead it. For most SMBs the answer is a CISO as a service: a senior owner by the hour, without hiring full time.
Which frameworks do you use?
The structure of the ISO standards we are certified in (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO 9001) and, when relevant, ISO/IEC 42001 for AI and your regulator's requirements.
How long does it take?
Initial design takes one to three months depending on company size; operation is continuous. Measure your starting point with the ISO 27001 self-assessment.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope and whether it includes the CISO as a service. Request a quote.
