Our Company (T.I-Rescue)
We hereby communicate our Privacy Policy to our stakeholders. It has been adapted in compliance with the current legal regime contained in Statutory Law 1581 of 2012. Personal data in the custody of T.I-Rescue, acting as controller or processor as the case may be, will be processed in compliance with the principles and regulations set out in Colombian law and the best practices applicable to the personal data protection regime.
Personal data held by T.I-Rescue will be processed in the following ways
- Carrying out the corporate purpose.
- Fulfilling legal obligations involving the personal data of its stakeholders.
- Informing stakeholders about its goods, services, publications, training events and business activities.
- Carrying out corporate social responsibility activities for its stakeholders.
- Managing the security of the people, assets and information assets held by the organization.
In each business process, and according to the personal data collected and the processing to be carried out, the corresponding privacy notice will inform in advance the particular or specific purposes; the name or company name and contact details of the controller or processor, and if the processing is carried out by a processor (in which case such processor will act under the direction of T.I-Rescue), the rights of the data subject and the mechanisms provided by T.I-Rescue to publicize the Privacy Policy.
Any person belonging to one of the stakeholder groups, as data subject or legitimately authorized, in relation to the processing of their personal data has the right to:
- Exercise their habeas data right to know, update, rectify, oppose and cancel the data and information collected about them, in those cases where cancellation and/or opposition to processing is applicable.
- Obtain evidence of the consent granted, unless there is legal authorization for the processing.
- Exercise the actions recognized by law regarding personal data protection and habeas data.
To exercise habeas data, the owner of the personal data or whoever demonstrates a legitimate interest in accordance with current regulations may do so by contacting T.I-Rescue at our email address Info@tirescue.com.co. Whoever exercises habeas data must accurately provide the requested contact information in order to process, attend and respond to their request. Once the habeas data request is received, T.I-Rescue will respond within the terms of the law. This policy was approved by T.I-Rescue on November 29, 2016.
