The Personal Data Held By T.I-Rescue Will Be Processed In The
Following Ways:
- Execution of the corporate purpose.
- Compliance with legal obligations involving personal data of its stakeholders.
- Communicate to its stakeholders information about its goods, services, publications, training events, and business activities.
- Deploy corporate social responsibility activities towards its stakeholders.
- Manage the security of individuals, assets, and information assets in the organization's possession.
For each business process, and in accordance with the personal data collected and treatment to be performed, the respective privacy notice will inform, in advance, about the particular or specific purposes; the name or corporate name and contact details of the party responsible or in charge of the processing, and if the processing will be carried out by a manager (in which case such manager will be under the direction of T.I-Rescue), the rights of the data subject, and the mechanisms provided by T.I-Rescue to disclose the Privacy Policy.
Any Person Who Is Part Of One Of The Stakeholder Groups, In Their Capacity As The Data Subject Or Legitimately Authorized, Regarding The Processing Of Their Personal Data Has
The Right To:
- Exercise their habeas data right to know, update, rectify, oppose, and cancel data and information collected about them, in cases where cancellation and/or opposition to processing is appropriate.
- Evidence the existence of the consent given, unless there is legal authorization for processing.
- Exercise the actions recognized by law in the field of personal data protection and habeas data.
For the exercise of habeas data, the data subject or anyone demonstrating a legitimate interest as indicated in current regulations can contact T.I-Rescue. Those exercising habeas data must accurately provide the contact details requested to process, address, and respond to their request and undertake the tasks to exercise their rights. Once the habeas data exercise request is received, T.I-Rescue will proceed to respond within the statutory deadlines. This policy was approved by T.I-Rescue on November 29, 2016.
